General terms and conditions for league teams:

1. general information

The entire league procedure is laid down in the "CSS_Ligareglement" regulations and is an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for League Teams".

2. player licences

Every player who wishes to play in a league team must obtain a CSS player licence. This licence is also valid for all IDF tournaments. The licence costs CHF 20.00 per season. Licence applications are binding and must be paid for even if the player has never played. New and subsequent licences during the championship are possible and cost an additional CHF 10.00.

3. registration fee for the season

The team captain registers his team by the registration deadline using the published registration form by e-mail. The captain is the link between CSS and the team, all correspondence is conducted via the captain, generally by e-mail.

The registration fee in CHF per team depends on the league strength (A/B/C) and the group size.

4 Terms of payment

The invoices for the licence and registration fees are sent to the captain at the start of the league, who checks them and forwards them to the relevant payment office.

Payment deadlines Licence invoice:

• Initial invoice; 30 days from invoice date
• New or subsequent licences during the season; 10 days from the invoice date
  invoice date in the event of non-payment; players are suspended, games played are entered as forfeits.

Payment deadlines for registration fee:

• Initial invoice; 30 days from invoice date
• Payment reminder; approx. 10 weeks before league final (LF)
• 1st reminder +CHF 30.00 reminder fee; 8 weeks before LF
• 2nd reminder +CHF 50.00 reminder fee; 4 weeks before LF
• Last resort; cash payment on the due date +CHF 150.00 (2nd reminder fee, cash payment fee)

In the event of non-payment up to ten days before the LF; the team and its players will be suspended until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full to CSS. If necessary, the debt will be collected by legal action.

In the event of outstanding items and/or constant late payment by the team, CSS may insist on advance payment.

5 General

The team and its players are jointly and severally liable to CSS.

7 Team withdrawal

The following compensation is due for league teams that withdraw from a registered league season:

• Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the league; CHF 100.00
• Withdrawal up to 20 days before the start of the league; CHF 200.00

For league teams that are withdrawn less than 20 days before the start of the league or during the league, the full registration fee must be paid as well as CHF 100.00 per away game not played (CSS league regulations point 4.7).

7. place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Bern.
